Our Team
John Gaul - Chief Executive Officer ​​
​
John holds an associate degree from Mitchell College and studied at Cornell University in the Cornell School of Hospitality. He has been working in the construction and development world since the early 1980s. John has amassed significant experience in the restaurant construction arena in New York City. He completed his first restaurant project as a General Contractor in 1984 when he built "Montrachet" for famed NYC restauranteur Drew Nieporent. Ever since that unique start, John has been responsible for the leadership, supervision and management of a multitude of commercial construction and development projects including his own restaurant "Rubicon" which opened in 1994 in San Francisco, CA. Among other endeavours, including site development for GE Capital Modular Space and Transport International Pool along with hotel construction he has directed and managed construction teams for well over 100 successful restaurant openings. John is a dynamic leader to our team and is fearless in the face of adversity. His ability to think outside of the box and problem solve are tremendously valuable assets to all of the clients we serve. John oversees all field operations, personnel and plays the major role in developing client relationships. He has cultivated relationships with some of the top restaurant and hospitality groups such as Darden Corp, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Bloomin Brands. ​​​
Frank Gaul - President and General Manager

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Massachusetts College of Engineering. He started work at a drafting table and design desk in a structural engineering office for Brandt, Ricci Riley - Paoli PA for two years before moving to NYC to begin work in commercial construction with his brother John. Frank has spent the last 37 years working on construction projects with participation at every level including administration, supervision, project management, personnel/human relations and financial management. Frank also oversees the operation of a custom cabinetry and millwork company that supports GBC Corporation’s various projects especially in the hospitality industry. Frank plays many roles here at GBC Corp and is truly committed to our success and the satisfaction of our clients.
Mark Einhorn - Executive Vice President

Mark holds a bachelor's degree from Johnson and Wales University. He started his career managing restaurants for the Riese Organization in New York City. After managing many successful restaurants, Mark turned to the facilities and maintenance side of the business where he took over as head of that department for Riese in 1998. Mark joined GBC Corporation in 2003 and has played an integral role in the supervision and management of many successful GBC construction projects. Mark is a true team player with a tremendous skillset who we can always count on. Mark has recently led the completion of such notable projects as Yard House 575 7th in Times Square, The Capital Grille at 200 Park Ave NYC and The Capital Grille in Salem, NH.
Chris DenDulk - Senior Project Manager

Chris graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication from Seton Hall University in 2008. He started working for GBC Corporation in 2010 after working for his family's carpentry business over a span of 10 years. He first started as a superintendent and quickly becoming an integral part of GBC's success. Today he stands as our Senior Project Manager. Chris's extensive knowledge of construction and his attention to detail has helped GBC tremendously throughout his tenure. Chris has led many successful restaurant projects for GBC; most recently including: Eddie V's/Seasons 52 restaurant projects at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ, The Capital Grille in Newtown, PA, and a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Newtown Square, PA.
John Gaul Jr. - Project Manager

John got started working for GBC in 2015 after graduating with a bachelor's degree from Hartwick College. John continued his studies in construction management at Stevens Institute of Technology. He quickly became a strong leader in the superintendent role managing projects to completion such as Bond 45 Ballroom in NYC, Yard House at 575 7th Ave Times Square, Tortazo - Time Square and most recently a new Indian restaurant in Tribeca; Mussafer. John has developed his excellent leadership and communication skills during his time at GBC Corporation.
Jack Gaul - Assistant Project Manager

Jack graduated with a bachelor's degree from Hamilton College in 2018. After gaining valuable experience in the commercial real estate field; Jack joined the GBC team in May 2019. Jack has spend time as part of our office staff working in estimating and contract administration. He began working in the field as a superintendent in September 2020 leading a successful Yard House project in Wayne, NJ as well as the leading following restaurant projects: Longhorn Steakhouse Danbury, CT, Longhorn Steakhouse Flanders, NJ and Olive Garden in Auburn, ME. Jack has also gained invaluable experience assisting the management of our custom millwork shop at our headquarters in Paterson, NJ.

Bob Steiner - Superintendent
​
Bob developed extensive construction experience as a journeyman carpenter for 20 years prior to joining GBC Corporation in 2015. Bob has participated in a supervisory position on two ground up projects: Longhorn Steakhouse in Springfield, NJ and Olive Garden Restaurant in Flanders, NJ. In addition, Bob played a critical role in our success with renovating the Olive Garden Restaurant in Times Square while maintaining an open restaurant between 2019 and 2020 and the interior renovation of an existing space at 575 7th Ave for Yard House covering a total area over 3 floors of 20,000 sq ft. ​

Frank Lamb - Superintendent

Frank Lamb has developed tremendous construction knowledge while working as a carpenter and small construction business owner for over 20 years. He joined the GBC team in 2018 as a superintendent leading the following successful projects: Longhorn Steakhouse Farmingdale, NY, Yard House Norwalk, CT, and The Capital Grille at 200 Park Ave NYC.
Ben Dallas - Superintendent

Ben is currently a superintendent on a Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Newtown Square, PA.
Charles Colt - Superintendent

Charles is currently a superintendent on a Eddie V's Restaurant project in Princeton, NJ.
